Every linen patchwork quilt begins with the off-cuts from our production. We sort, press and piece them together in our South African workshop, then layer each quilt with natural fibre batting for a warm, gentle weight on the bed or the couch.
Each quilt passes through many hands before it reaches yours:
- Fabric scraps are sorted, ironed and cut to size, then sewn into patchwork panels.
- The panels are trimmed and every seam is ironed flat.
- We lay the patches into the final design and sew them together in our workshop.
- The design is layered with wool batting and a cotton backing, then sent for the quilting stitch and final binding.

Size guide:
- Baby: 125 x 150cm
- Medium (fits a single bed, or the foot of a double or queen bed): 150 x 200cm
- Large (fits a queen or king bed): 200 x 220cm
Please note: Each quilt is handmade, so sizes are approximate. All patchwork is made to order; please allow 6 weeks for production.
