Shipping policy
Local Orders
Orders over R1,500 qualify for free shipping.
Orders where all items are in stock are shipped within 2-3 days, but more often than not by the following day. Courier lead times are as follows:
- Cape Town: next day
- South Africa major cities: 2-3 days
- South Africa outlying areas: 3-5 days
Orders that include one or more items that are pre-order will be shipped as soon as all items are available. We quote a 3-4 week lead time but on average we have been able to deliver within 1-2 weeks. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to inquire about current lead times on specific item.
Upon fulfillment you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to track your delivery. For any queries on your order after it has been shipped, please contact the courier on the number provided in the shipping update and quote your tracking number.
International
International orders are shipped with FedEx or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note that you may be charged additional duties and taxes, depending on your country, and you will be responsible for these fees. If you would like a quote on the total charges, please contact us.
