Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. If you encounter any damage through reasonable wear and tear, please contact us and we will repair or exchange as we see fit.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or different product, please let us know when you initiate the return, and we will send you the replacement item, as well as an invoice, or store credit or refund for the difference in price and the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the price of the item, less the cost of return shipping, on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Costs
The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning an item, unless the incorrect item was received or if the item was damaged, in which case the cost of shipping will be waived.
